Homemade Hydration Drink

A homemade electrolyte drink with coconut water, lemon juice, manuka honey, and mineral-rich salt offers a naturally nourishing way to hydrate and replenish essential minerals. Coconut water provides potassium and electrolytes, while lemon juice adds vitamin C for an immune boost. Manuka honey offers antimicrobial properties and a natural energy source, and mineral-rich salt helps maintain electrolyte balance, making this drink a healthy alternative to store-bought options that are often loaded with additives.
