Neuro Emotional Technique
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a gentle mind-body approach that helps identify and release stress patterns that may be affecting your physical or emotional wellbeing. It works by addressing the connection between emotions, thoughts, and the body’s response, helping you feel more balanced and resilient.

Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that focuses on finding and treating the root cause of illness, not just the symptoms. It combines traditional wisdom with modern science, using tools like nutrition, lifestyle guidance, herbal medicine, and supplements — with a strong belief that food is medicine and everyday choices play a powerful role in supporting your body’s natural ability to heal.

Meal Delivery
Dinner with Naturopaths is a Heathmont-based meal delivery service created to make healthy eating simple and stress-free. Each week, we cook up a new menu of nourishing, naturopath-approved and prepared meals — packed with loads of plants, good quality protein, heaps of flavour, and care — so you can enjoy real, wholesome dinners without the planning, shopping, or dishes.

Early Education Nutrition
Nutrition education services for early childhood settings offer play-based, engaging food experiences that help children explore new foods, build confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits. Services are designed to support the whole centre community — from fun, interactive sessions with children, to workshop-style training for educators that strengthens mealtime approaches and aligns with service philosophy and the EYLF. Additional offerings such as menu reviews, pantry feedback, and parent education help create consistent, positive food environments.

I work holistically — weaving science, natural medicine, food as medicine and energetic healing to support lasting change in mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to educate, empower, and walk beside you as you release old patterns and return home to your own inner wisdom.

Bree created The Simple Lunchbox, which helps Early Learning Centres and schools bring nutrition to life — from refreshing in-house menus, to running fun food-focused sessions with kids, to boosting staff wellbeing, and empowering parents with practical, real-life nutrition tips that make healthy eating easier for the whole school community.
Bree also runs a meal delivery service that takes the stress out of healthy eating — no planning, no shopping, no dishes. Dinner with Naturopaths is designed for busy families, exhausted shift workers, new parents in the postpartum haze, and anyone who just isn’t feeling their best but still wants real, nourishing food on the table.

Everyone’s journey is different, so the number of consultations depends on your goals and health needs. Most people start with an initial consultation, followed by a follow-up to go over a tailored plan. After that, maintenance sessions can be booked as needed to adjust your plan and keep supporting your progress. We’ll work with you to find the right rhythm that fits your life.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a non invasive mind-body approach that helps identify and release unresolved stressors that may contribute to your physical or mental health. It works on the principle that unresolved stressors can create tension in the nervous system, which can show up as pain, fatigue, digestive issues, repeated behavioural patterns or other symptoms.
During a session, a practitioner uses gentle muscle testing and targeted acupressure techniques (no needles involved) to identify and correct neurological imbalances caused by unresolved stressors. The goal is to restore balance, reset stress responses, and support your overall wellbeing — often making it easier for your body to heal and for you to feel more calm and grounded.

After taking a thorough health history and understanding your current needs, your practitioner may recommend further testing or suggest specific supplements — such as vitamins, minerals, or herbal formulas — to help support your health and wellbeing. These may come in various forms, including tablets, capsules, powders, liquids, or sprays, depending on what best suits your needs and preferences.
-
If your practitioner recommends supplements as part of your treatment plan, you’ll receive an email with a link to log into the relevant online dispensary. From there, you can view your personalised prescription, place your order, and have your supplements delivered straight to your nominated address — easy, secure, and hassle-free.
-
If your practitioner has prescribed supplements or herbs, they’ll let you know how long to take them and if repeats are recommended. You can easily reorder through your online account when you’re running low. If no repeat is available, simply request one via your account or contact your practitioner — they’ll either issue a repeat or suggest a quick follow-up to check your progress.
